Each platform provides its own standard return window (typically around 30 days).
Our 12‑Month Limited Warranty provides additional protection beyond any platform’s return period and continues to support you after the platform’s return window ends.
You may choose to use the platform’s return process, but contacting us first usually results in a faster, easier, and more complete resolution, especially for large items like cat trees.
How to Make a Warranty Claim
All warranty claims are submitted through our official Warranty Claim Form. This ensures our team receives the information needed to resolve your issue quickly.
When completing the form, please provide:

- A brief description of the issue
- Photos of the defect (and videos if helpful)
Our team typically reviews claims within 3–5 business days, and replacement parts ship free of charge within the warranty period.
