This cat tree is really nice. I don't like those cheap looking carpeted ones and this one is definitely many steps above those. It is easy to assemble and the cats love it! They started climbing before I was done putting it together.
In summary:
*quality made of durable materials
*easy to assemble
*easy to clean
*looks great - quality material
*perfect size for all cats
*cats love climbing it and scratching posts are a favorite
*comfortable resting spots and plenty of exercise opportunity
*good value for the price
The cats definitely enjoy it!
The Purrlato 63" Heavy Duty Cat Tree is an absolute standout. Assembly was surprisingly easy — every piece fit perfectly, and the instructions were clear. The quality is far better than any other cat tree I’ve had. The materials feel solid, the structure is stable, and nothing wobbles, even with active cats jumping on and off.
The plush pads and wall pieces are incredibly soft, and the fact that they’re removable and washable is a huge bonus. It keeps the whole tree looking fresh and clean. The scratching posts are sturdy, the condo is cozy, and the top perch has quickly become the favorite lounging spot.
If you want a cat tree that’s durable, thoughtfully designed, and built to last, this one is a 5‑star winner. My cats love it, and I’m impressed with every part of it.
We've rescued for almost 20 years and have had just about every kind of cat tree you can imagine. This one is certainly on the higher end price wise considering we're down to only 4 cats in the house.
.
However, it wasn't difficult to assemble and the instructions were very clear and easy to follow. The tree itself looks really nice, much more classic furniture style than your typical fabric/carpet lined trees. It's nice and sturdy once assembled, and the non-skid pads on the base mean I feel comfortable putting it on tile or wood flooring as well.
.
My one complaint is that most of the posts for the tree are just wrapped in a thin fabric. To the point that there just don't seem to be enough scratch-able posts. There are essentially 8 posts in the structure- 3 are sisal lined for scratching, 4 are just thin fabric wrapped, and the final one is the base posts which is designed as a grooming tool.
.
Additionally- the scratch-able posts are all up at the top of the structure. I don't know about your cats, but when mine get the zoomies- scratching spots close to the ground are a godsend. In a zoomie fit, my cats often just want to scratch the first thing they find rather than climbing to one..
Other than that, it's a good cat tree, good size, easy to assemble, stable. I do feel like with washable pads, this will likely last longer than others, but I'll also be glad when the price of the more furniture style posts come down a bit.
